well, nothing.
Its day 61 of the Season 44, and Willunga Hill's season hasn't quite been what management was hoping for. After 28 races for the season, the team has just the two results to show for it -- both victories by Kiritopa Mitchell -- and a staggering six 10th places. In the recent climber's classic of Div 5, Juberri - Pas de la Casa, our aging Kiwi climber, Shane Austin, managed 10th in what was possibly his final outing as a classics captain. Having prepped extremely well for several weeks leading up to the race, Austin came entered in great shape, and while 10th might seem like a disappointment, management was happy (but frustrated) with his efforts on account of him having two team mates -- Leo Wahl and Fuifui Harding (who was in TF to boot) -- coming into the race injured.
Management is hoping for some turn in fortune in the last third of the season, as we seek some reinvestment into our climbing squad. Perhaps that will start with the talent report due in two days...? :-)

batting better than 20% of my races with a 10th placing is probably the worst bit. I've picked up 2 in the last 2 races.
Ouch, that sounds like an off season, you are definitely due some luck sooner or later!
